· Provide responses to customers and sales engineers during the pre and post sales process.
· Understand the customer application and requirement and suggest suitable part for their design.
· To identify/understand area of the issue in their design and providing specific inputs.
· Take ownership of customer issues reported & resolved in stipulated time frame.
· Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
· Prepare accurate and timely reports
· Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes
· Review technical literatures and current practices to support business requirements.
Skillset required :
- Diploma/B.E/Btech – ECE/EEE freshers are eligible.
- Only female candidates are preferred for this position.
- No WFH
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: ₹15,000.00 per month
