You will help us fuel the growth of the Operations Manager category and have a measurable impact
across the region using a combination of strategy, planning, stakeholder management, and datadriven decision-making. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both
autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team. You should have the attitude of hyper
iteration and excellent attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Implement process specific to the project and client
2. Contribute in lead generation and lead qualification vertical by using internet technologies, Tele-calling, and social media
3. Maintain relationship with gig workers and cross-functional teams
4. Update product knowledge on regular basis
5. Monitoring lead generation of gig workers for developing quality leads
6. Establish a high standard productivity, quality, and customer service
7. Participate in Managing and improving overall performance with stakeholders
8. Maintain consistent professional improvement through workshops, tracking , trends, and active
participation in multiple projects
9. Identify& Solve gaps between company & gig workers regularly to maintain quality and
productivity
