Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Provides day-to-day Time Service Delivery operations with compiling and entering time & attendance data, and reconciling errors to maintain accurate and complete time & attendance records, all in a timely and accurate manner. • Proactively address problems and suggest solutions by assessing the situation. Coordinate and schedule in the most effective manner for receiving emergency and non-emergency tickets and dispatching them respectively. • Acts as subject matter expert for Time Services related to data and processes. Ensures maintenance of all relevant HR-related data is accurate and complete. Performs country-specific Data consistency check. Maintains compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines, and other relevant guidelines across identified geographies • Respects and follows the payroll calendar to prepare the vital payroll inputs. Resolves time & attendance-related queries and issues within the standard established time frames raised by various customers, incl. associates. • Supports NFCM and HR controls. Raise requests and issues that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate partner concern point of contact (i.e., IT / Time Services Unit Lead) • Should handle Core T&A Technology Activities & BAU Tasks. Extract regular and ad hoc reports needed for payroll and other divisions upon request. Identifies and gathers system enhancements and change requests to report and coordinates with IT and/or global support team • Provides regular training to new and established customers on the use of the Time and Attendance system. Ensures all Time Service Deliveries performance metrics and KPIs are met • Contributes to and supports projects in scope for P&O Services. Should be open to work in different Time zones. nnnn Position Title: Time Services Specialist Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: • Minimum graduate with 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Time Services operation on a Time Solution platform. Background in HR Services either in Payroll-Time or HR Technology will be preferred • Experience working in projects within a global organization • Experience with transformation initiatives and transition projects is a plus • Workday/SAP system knowledge is an advantage. • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgment, in addition to high-level attention to detail, analyzing information, thoroughness, general math, and reporting skills are a must. • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills • Comfortable working in a sophisticated and constantly evolving work environment Why Novartis? 766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives.
