As a Product Assurance expert, you will be responsible for assuring the successful delivery of all programs, projects and products across our broad portfolio. In doing so, you will support all developments in aligning with Novartis methodologies, processes and tools and collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders both internal and external. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assure the successful delivery of all Salesforce developments in line with Novartis approved methodologies including agile and waterfall • Assure the successful delivery of all Salesforce developments in line with Novartis approved processes (e.g. service transition, document management) and tools • Develop, maintain and communicate relevant knowledge articles to ensure teams remained briefed of any changes to ways of working in a timely manner • Lead a cross functional team in successfully governing all salesforce deliveries across the portfolio with focus areas including, DevSecOps, Quality Engineering, Agile, Resource Management and Training • Support the classification (GXP, No GXP) and onboarding of all Salesforce related assets utilizing our internal asset onboarding framework • Act as a SPOC for ServiceNow, assuring all Salesforce assets are transitioned and onboarded efficiently and effectively • Act as a SPOC for IMF, CSV and CSA related topics with close collaboration with key stakeholders including ISRM and eCompliance nnnn Position Title: Associate Director Product Assurance Minimum requirements: • 10+ years’ experience in Pharma/Life Sciences. 8+ years of experience in solution or product assurance roles • Working with global teams in a solution or product assurance environment • University degree in business/technical area adequate equivalent. Expert understanding of pharma legislation and processes • Expert stakeholder management and/or business consulting skills. Expert ITIL / Agile / GxP, analytical and problem solving skills • Proven track rack record in large, global, multi-team projects dealing with complex process areas and business groups. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills • Highly dependable, outstanding attention to detail and strong follow-up skills • Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels • Ability to operate in matrix organization effectively.
