Job Description
Change Management (CHM) comprises the preparation and support of different stakeholder groups/business units/teams with change management activities. Facilitates the introduction of new structures, processes, roles, and/or methodologies within Nokia.
The Process Manager is Accountable/Responsible for overall process design and its application, and continuous improvement in accordance with Nokia process guidelines, framework, and tools in own process scope. This role ensures that processes are sufficiently documented. Process Manager is also accountable/responsible for providing business requirements and process implementation, deployment and institutionalization within their organizational scope.
