Job Description: As an Operational generalist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the program team. This individual will assist in managing various aspects of the program, including logistics, communication, and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete ownership of specific projects in the growth team of Newton School
• Define success metrics for the project and create dashboards for daily tracking and identification of gaps
• Experiment & innovate with new systems, structures & processes leading to better outcomes for our users
• Complete ownership of execution of the action items in a time-bound fashion
• Collaborate with academic, product, operations & student success teams to ensure the user experience is delightful

Requirements :

• Capable of independently creating dashboards and analysis via available tools (Metabase, Excel, etc)
• Excellent at problem-solving, breaking problems into smaller chunks, and creating structures from scratch.
• Demonstrated ability of proactive communication & handling multiple stakeholders.
• Self-driven independent contributor with an approach to getting things done.
