Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality product documentation, including user guides, API documentation, tutorials, FAQs, releasenotes, and other supporting materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX designers, to gatherinformation and understand product features and updates.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content that effectively communicatesproduct functionality, workflows, and best practices.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance of the content, adhering to industrystandards and best practices.
- Organize and categorize documentation to facilitate easy navigation and search ability for users.
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect product updates, enhancements, and changes.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the documentation process and tools, exploring new methodsand techniques to enhance the user experience.
- Develop engaging and informative content for Nected various channels, including website, blog, social media,email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications intechnical writing are a plus.
- Strong understanding of low code, no code platforms and experience in documenting similar technologies.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and user-friendly content for a technical audience.
- Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Solid grasp of technical writing principles, including content organization, information architecture, and usabilitybest practices.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable documentation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX designers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficient in using documentation tools and technologies, such as authoring tools, content management systems,and version control systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of technical writing tools and platforms, such as Confluence, JIRA, and GitHub
- Experience working with B2B startups or software companies is a plus
