– The incumbent will be responsible to grow the modern retail business in India
– Will be responsible for this growth supported by expanded distribution, opening new accounts, mining & managing existing accounts
– Will be responsible for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans
– Ensure the development and compliance of the different accounts and channel’s responsibility, leading national trade agreements
– Work closely with Key Account Managers in achieving company’s objective and vision
– Minimum 6+ years’ experience in the personal care segment.
– Should have experience in handling national and Regional key accounts with strong category relationships.
– Strong leadership skills which includes people management skills to drive a large sales system
