Urgent Need a ( Male/ Female ) Tele Sales / Chat Sales.

Qualification- Any Graduate

Experience Required: Min 6 months in Voice process

# Fresher can also apply for this.

Salary: 17k to 25k ctc Per Month .

Job Location: Gurgaon Sector -44, Nearest metro ( Huda City Centre )

Working Days: 6 Days ( Monday to Saturday)

Skills: Good Communication in English & Confidence.

Job Responsibility:

Greeting all the customers and guiding them about the Lenskart as a brand

and its products.

Contact and maintain cordial relationship with existing Lenskart customers

Being dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns that

the customer has

Understanding the tele sales system and dialers to ensure that the

transactions are processed effectively and timely

Excellent negotiation skills to close sale

Pitching the customer with an optimal selection of products based on customer preferences.
