Job Description:
The primary responsibilities for this position include all efforts involved with engineering (designing, developing, installing, configuring, testing, and implementing) various WLAN/LAN task orders involving wireless network solutions. Additionally, the candidate will participate in capturing and analysing technical requirements; documenting detailed system designs, implementation plans, and operations guides of network systems; participating in both project and operational meetings; providing Tier 3 level support utilizing change control processes. The candidate will also serve as a reach-back to the field engineering team supporting a variety of infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities –
1. Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
2. Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
3. Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
4. Be the primary backup for payroll processing, updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions.
