- Position:- Japanese Language TranslatorWith skills:- Japanese TranslatorLocation:- Bangalore, Chennai, PuneExp:- 5-11 yearsNotice Period: immediately or currently servingRequired JLPT N3, N2, N1 certification, same with NAT series. Ready for 24*7 rotational shift.Good to have translation experience in JP-EN and EN-JP. Able to create Standard Operating Procedures with minimal supervision. Proficiency required with Microsoft Office products such as MS Excel, power point and word. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Japanese. Japanese language certification required N2/N3. Good team player and flexible with the situation. Must have team lead experience.Operations Manager -BAU/Operation (Service Delivery Management) -Customer negotiation & Customer communication (day-to-day basis / need basis) -Resource planning – on-boarding and off-boarding -Efficient execution of transitioned work -Grooming resources -KT support (Status reporting to Transition Manager daily/weekly/monthly report).
