Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a background in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) and proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and leverage engineering expertise is crucial for success in this role.
Roles and Responsibility
Project Planning and Initiation Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Team Leadership and Collaboration.- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
Engineering Expertise- Utilize technical knowledge in Mechanical Engineering to understand project requirements and constraints.
Collaborate with engineering. teams to develop and review design concepts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Quality Assurance- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
Conduct regular reviews and inspections to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget Management- Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
Implement cost control measures when necessary.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in engineering projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
