Primary Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the coordination and support for launch of company’s businesses in various geographies across the globe. Able to manage “launches” end to end, improve efficiency, manage cross-functional teams.
· Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
· Build processes by ensuring that project milestones are met and work to generate creative solutions when they aren’t.
· Develop relationships: Partner with third party vendors and cross functional teams to ensure we’re on track.
· Responsible for a variety of day to day operations.
· Coordinating the launch debrief process to gather input from cross functional teams and local partners- identifying areas of opportunity and developing plans to address those opportunities
· Help establish data requirements, draft service offerings, partner in development, and collaborate on the delivery of the services.
· Research & provide inputs for new business launch initiatives.
· Support & Coordinate Functional, technical, Solutioning & delivery teams on setting up the necessary process & requirements.
· Support driving further adoption of the processes post go live through coaching internal teams and optimizing use of the available resources.
· Use a thorough understanding of project/program processes and strategies to identify new opportunities, quantify benefits and prioritize initiatives that contribute to the objectives of the Launch programs.
· Support communicating and securing agreement on the requirements across internal & external stakeholders.
· Candidate should be comfortable working in a large global, matrix organization
· Strong organizational collaboration / partnership skills
· Good follow-up skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables
· Ability to operate in an agile environment
· Strong attention to detail with good organization skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
· Knowledge in any of the following languages Spanish, French Mexican, Chinese, Korean.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
· Ability to excel in a fast-paced, often-ambiguous, regulatory/validated environment
· Experience/Knowledge in business processes in the pharmaceutical or Life Sciences or Healthcare industry is preferred.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
