Responsibilities –

• Responsible for shaping and executing program strategy plan, delivery, contract & commercials, hiring, Customer satisfaction and governance

• Responsible for delivery excellence and Service level adherence

• Responsible for Managed Service Support plan, execution, bring standardization, continuous improvement, and optimization to meet Customer

• Conduct business review meeting with executive leadership team, align strategic planning and execution to meet the customer need

• Provide solutions to Customer’s problems and business needs through problem solving approaches and right solution

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Volunteer

Salary: ₹1,500.00 – ₹2,500.00 per month
