We are looking for a Clinical Adoption Manger/Customer Enablement Manager for our Organization.
Domain : Healthcare
Languages Must: English, Hindi
Preferable Industry : Hospital Management Software, Medical Representatives, Medical Equipment, Hospital Services.
Location : Stationed at Bangalore(Candidate must be from Bangalore), willing to Travel all over India.
Required Experience: Freshers.
Qualifications: Hospital Management , Clinical Management (preferably)
Salary: 28,000-30,000/Month
How a typically day would look like:
1. Keeping a focused list Doctors and Hospitals.
2. Provide product demo and Training to Doctors, hospital owners and CEOs and liaise with various stakeholders.
3. Make daily calendar on doctors training.
4. Explaining the advantages of using Simbo’s Platform
5. Creating impact and influences on the stakeholders.
6. Build relationships with various Doctors circle.
7. Collaborate with internal teams at all levels throughout to find solutions that may arise.
8. Should keep a track all the issues and problems.
9. Need to spend time to understand the business use case and how customers use the products to meet their needs.
10. Report to management on a daily basis.
11. Creating references and goodwill in the Market.
12. Ensure to capture the customer utilization and drive the engagement within deadlines.
13. Should maintain end to end training and onboarding documents.
14. Take complete ownership of providing the best possible customer experience and guide them through product adoption.
Soft Skills Required:
Positive Outlook, Relationship Building , perseverance, Presentation Skills, Strong Communication skills.
