This position would be responsible for Technical support of Hugo Robotic System at the customer sites as well as demo sites
A Day in the Life
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Services Support – Hugo Robotic System
To give field service support for Hugo Robotic systems.
Responsible for Installation and commissioning
Responsible for Uptime of Hugo Robotic system
Coordination of logistics related to Hugo spares
Upkeeping of Demo Hugo system
Regularly visit existing customers and maintain network for post sales service etc. to reinforce the relationship and understand service gaps.
Plan for spares inventory to cater to the services of Hugo Robotics in ISC region
Responsible for completion of any FCA and quality guidelines from BU
Maintaining the dashboard of service activities
Generation of revenue from service agreements and paid services
People and Performance Management
Demonstrate team building attitude – courteous, friendly, supportive, encouragement and approachable.
Ensure close working with Hugo Sales, Projects and application specialists for common organizational goals.
High customer focus
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Education
BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Biomedical Engineering
Experience
3-7 years of experience in Technical Support or servicing profile of High End Medical Equipments
Technical Knowledge
Sound Technical knowledge in general
Sound knowledge in Electrical & Electronics components & circuits
Communication skills and Interpersonal skills
Professional and effective interpersonal and communication skills & pleasant demeanor while interacting with various stakeholders
Good written & verbal communication skills
