Job Details
Responsibilities:
• Campus engagement with various colleges/training institutes in management/engineering/medical/mass communication verticals
• Conducting various competitions/dip stick activities on various services/products offered by the company
• Act as a point of contact and build influential relationship with placement/management team
• Socially engage with the students or candidates
• Play an important part in building brand.
• Help organize training & development initiatives with respect to the vertical chosen
• To engage students on a big scale for temp-interns
• Identify potential talents for long term engagement
• Prepare communication materials and communicate opportunities
• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Collaborate with managers to identify future requirement needs
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Provide analytical and well documented engagement reports to the rest of the team
Qualifications:
• MBA in Marketing, or similar is a must
• Digital marketing certification is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Excellent strategic planning skills
• Relevant diploma or certifications.
