JOB SUMMARY:Learn, practice and hone your skills in problem identification and resolution work with experts from Max Life Insurance and cross functional teams across the country. Be the go-to person for Sr. ADMs & above, Sr. Advisors and LPCs for all selling skills, sales process, product, competition related queries and support.
Your key responsibilities are around improving advisors engagement &strengthening their relationship with Max life, building better Sales skills through consistent communication,training on Sales Stories and jointly delivering the desired outcomes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Be enthused to earn high incentives and grow. Measures of Success:
-Increase activation in the given agent segment
– Achieve the Goal Sheet provided at the start of the year
– Satisfactory& timely resolution of query received from field.

Desired qualification and experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent withMinimum 2 years relevant experience
