As a Workplace Strategy Regional Manager at Mastercard, you will lead regional workplace strategy initiatives in alignment with our global and regional real estate strategies. Your responsibilities will. encompass workplace strategy data analytics, stakeholder engagement, capacity planning, change management, and supporting regional Real Estate Services (RES) leadership. This role requires a combination of strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills to drive effective workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Alignment with Global and Regional Strategies: Lead regional Workplace Strategy initiatives in alignment with Mastercard’s global and regional real estate strategies.
Workplace Strategy Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to inform workplace strategy decisions and maintain regional workplace metrics for continuous improvement.
Effective Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather input, build consensus, and ensure successful execution of workplace strategies.
Capacity Planning: Lead capacity planning efforts to optimize space utilization and accommodate changing business needs.
Change Management: Implement change management processes and strategies to ensure smooth transitions during workplace transformations.
Support for RES Leadership: Provide support to regional Real Estate Services leadership by delivering workplace strategy expertise and assisting with strategy deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Architecture, Interior Design).
5+ years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
Capacity planning expertise to optimize workspace utilization.
Change management experience to facilitate workplace transformations.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in workplace strategy data analytics.
Previous experience with CAD/CAFM systems like Serraview is a plus.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong public speaking and de-escalation skills.

Supply Demand Forecasting: Utilize strong analytical skills to support supply and demand forecasting, ensuring optimal utilization of workspace resources.
Corporate Real Estate: Demonstrate expert knowledge in corporate real estate to guide clients in making informed decisions related to their real estate portfolios.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions during workplace transformations.
Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in workplace strategy.
CAD/CAFM Systems: Proficiency in CAD/CAFM systems like Serraview to effectively plan and manage workspace layouts.
Design Expertise: Leverage your design background to contribute to workplace design projects and provide valuable insights.
Design Governance: Establish and enforce design governance standards to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
Collaborative Team Player: Work effectively within cross-functional teams, promoting a positive attitude and team spirit.
Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights to clients.
Presentation Skills: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and excel in public speaking engagements to communicate workplace strategies effectively.
De-escalation: Possess strong de-escalation skills to manage challenging situations and conflicts effectively.
