Role: Market Research Intern/Fresher (Non-IT Role)

Preferred Candidate:- Candidate should have experience in Data tool like sales navigator, zoom info, Apollo, Seamless and do primary or secondary research.

Fresher should have good knowledge to understand the role and have basic knowledge on excel

Job description:

• Market Research Analyst will be part of the Marketing Research Team and is responsible for performing end-to-end Market research.
• Expert in using secondary Market Research techniques for scrapping, mining and converting complex raw data into the valid and more meaningful form.
• Their primary focus will be to provide required data form various tools like LinkedIn, sales navigator, ZoomInfo & Seamless.AI, we need to extract the data from this tool in the given criteria.

Job Responsibilities

• Account Profiling – Identifying more relevant prospective accounts with respective of PetaBytz Technologies and business and collecting all the required info like Industry, Sub- Industry, Revenue, Company head count, location, Region etc.
• Contact Profiling – Identifying more and more relevant business buying decision-makers from the internet and collecting all the relevant info like Phone number, email ID, Title, Profile details, Location, Company name, Interests, background etc.
• Marketing Database Hygiene – Should be able to handle large volumes of unstructured and structured marketing database/information for maintaining data accuracy by conducting regular Data checks/cleansing and should also work on collecting and populating the accurate info for all the missing fields using secondary research, data mining & profile techniques
• CRM Tool Handling (Freshworks) – Detailed understanding/exp working on Freshworks tool is a plus, end to end handling of our CRM tool. Conducting quality checks for the data/information collected by the team members before uploading into salesforce. Preparing reports to ensure all the data is correctly mapped and accurate.
• Account intelligence – Account intelligence is having the knowledge on Account and product in the real time Market.
• Competitor Intelligence – Competitive intelligence, sometimes referred to as corporate intelligence, refers to the ability to gather, analyze, and use information collected on competitors, customers, and other market factors that contribute to a business
