Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the overall marketing and branding strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
2. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
3. Drive brand development and management efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
4. Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, outdoor, events, and public relations.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage this information to drive marketing strategies.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, search, operations and product management to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for market expansion and new product/ service launches.
7. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.
8. Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to identify new opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
10. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
2. Proven track record of at least 12 years in marketing and branding, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that have delivered measurable results.
4. Deep knowledge of brand development, market research, digital marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing disciplines.
5. Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
8. Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
9. Experience in both B2B and B2C segments is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of the target audience and market dynamics
