Project: This will be a unique and possibly India’s largest hotel development. It will include two hotels – one a luxury hotel and the second a business hotel. In addition to conference facilities in both the hotels, the development will also have commercial/office space.
Your responsibilities will include:

Working under direction from the façade package manager controlling on-site façade construction works.

Monitoring and controlling safety and quality, approving RAMS, and inspection and test plans.

Reviewing and commenting on lifting plans.

Recording and monitoring façade progress, keeping site diary.

Developing alongside the façade package manager the façade monthly dashboard and audit form.

Chairing weekly progress meetings with envelope contractors and monitoring daily activity briefings.

Performing other duties as assigned.
About you
You have a degree qualification in civil engineering and a member of professional body.
You are digitally savvy can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
