Job Description
- Required Experience/Skills,
- Need at least 10 years of Scrum Master / Preferred Oracle ERP
- Good experience managing projects as Scrum Master (knowing all Scrum formalities)
- Good experience managing onshore/offshore teams
- Good experience managing multi-vendor teams
- Good experience managing projects in end-to-end life cycle (Analysis to deployment, User adoption etc.).
- Good experience in Client Management (conducting client meetings, PPTs, etc)
- Good experience in testing and ensuring all the functionalities are implemented as per client requirement.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment highly desired.
