- Required Skills/Experience
- 15+ Years of Experience in Oracle Apps Applications as Solution Architect for SCM workstream
- Skills will be R12 and experience in Transformation project will be required.
- Experienced in Solution Architect role in leading Implementations, Integrations,
- developments, Upgrades, Conversions and Support engagements building strategies
- Strong Process understanding in Business process
- Excellent track record in bringing proactive improvements and Value additions to clients in Oracle EBS application.
- Experience in engaging with Client stakeholders to report project status, control risks and
- build mitigation plans and suggesting Proactive improvement
- Worked on 5+ Implementations Project modules of EBiz
- Extensive experience in leading Workshops, Design Discussions, Testing Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Training, Cutover Planning.
- Very good experience in delivering value to Clients in EBS AMS engagements (Productivity improvement measures, Building Knowledge Repositories, Automations etc)
- Good experience in proposing Cloud migration roadmaps to Clients from EBS to Oracle SaaS
- Ability to articulate solutions in Business Language and Lead Discussion
- Ability to lead a team on people onsite Functional and Technical. Should have played a role of Leader.
- Excellent Written and Oral communication skills, able to interact with Various teams and
- providing solutions
- Good understanding of multiple Technologies and Integrations
- Support customer/prospect discovery calls and presents the LTI operational value proposition
- Design customer specific solutions using Oracle EBiz
- Create the operational solution, customizing as necessary, to balance the needs of the
- solution, customer, and LTI
- Act as a technical liaison between Sales & Bid management team & Customers
- Willing to travel on short and long-term assignments
