Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle policy issuance and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Process policy-related transactions and update customer records accordingly
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to facilitate policy issuance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Assist in generating reports and conducting data analysis
