Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop successful marketing campaigns; own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Design and produce engaging content for social media, that can attract and convert our target customers.
- Oversee development of marketing material, collaterals, ads, app content, etc.
- Experiment with a variety of new channels around community, content, video, influencers, etc. to drive brand awareness.
- Track the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
- Track consumer insights and engagement to improve the effectiveness of the campaigns.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns across channels.
- Experience leading creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion.
- Experience in Social Media Community and Content Management.
- Consumer centricity, out-of-box thinking, and a knack for storytelling.
- A love for great copy, creativity, and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably at a consumer tech / FMCG / retail/advertising/e-commerce firm
