Position Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager with a Digital Marketing background that is an experienced and driven person. The PM will be responsible for day-to day management of a complex program and overall responsibility for managing all production tasks and meeting customer expectations
The role requires class-leading customer engagement involving strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to empathise with and respond to customers’ needs, problem-solving skills and the ability to function effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly-changing environment.
Collaboration with multi-location and cross-functional teams will be key, technology services and management teams to maintain and improve customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact within the Customer Org. Forge strong relationship with the customer interfaces, understand the client team dynamic, their business goals, priorities and challenges.
Engage directly with customer stakeholders and build partnerships and confidence in our services
Provide solutions to customers whilst managing effectively customer concerns and queries in a timely manner
Manage publishing activities on a global scale and direct engagement with requestors
Ensure the accuracy of financial project data, KPIs, workflows, schedules and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability
Participate in customer planning meetings and to ensure that teams are aligned with current and future customer requirements
Overall responsibility for the timely flow of all project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality, turn-around time and budget expectationsRequirements
Digital Agency & Localisation experience would be beneficial
Knowledge of Web Publishing workflows and processes would be key
Content Management System technical knowledge would be beneficial
Top-class communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to function productively and proactively in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity while ensuring that challenging delivery timelines are met.
Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in additional language(s) would be a significant advantage.
2+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within Digital Marketing
