Responsibilities: Customer Care II Creating awareness, Brand Promotion, Problem Solving
• Managing walk-in customers and creating Digital Menu Card (QR Code) awareness
• Provide information about Digital Menu card (QR Code)
• Help customer to understand the scanning process and place order through digital menu card
• Coordinate with Technical team at back end to resolve the technical problems faced
• Ensure that maximum orders are placed through Digital menu cards only
Any graduate with good spoken English (Male candidates only)
