Job Details

1.Greet and responds to Guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
2. Conduct redemption inventory and ensure displays are completely full.
3. Explains operation of games to Guests.
4. Notify Game Techs of any machine errors, and return game play credit to guests.
5. Actively look for ways to help and interact with guests.
6. Pay attention to detail, focuses on Guests and understands basic game and simulator operations.
7. Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
8. Assist with Guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
9. Constant working knowledge of Woop, it’s services, policies and procedures.
10. Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
11. Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
