Offering alternative flight & fare solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ business.

Amending and canceling flights, processing refunds, re-pricing, making new reservations, and booking hotels and other deals.

Maintaining a high standard of service for the business and updating customers and suppliers via phone and emails.
