Description and Requirements
IDG : FURTHER INVEST IN INNOVATION
To maintain leading position and leading profitability in PCs, Expand beyond PCs, Smartphones, tablets, etc., Embedded computing & IoT, Scenario-based solutions: smart home/smart collaboration/smart office.
Design & develop Consumer business strategy and drive overall consumer business across product categories for sustainable profitable growth.
Responsibilities of the position:
Design & develop Consumer business strategy and drive overall business across product categories for profitable growth.Complete Ownership of National Distribution for Consumer Business to all Tier 1 and Direct to Tier 2 partners.Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing partners and channels.
Identify relevant business gaps & initiate short-term & long-term actions.Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities and provide feedback to the organization.
Work closely with category, verticaland region sales teams leading the day-to-day channel sales activities.Meet and exceed sales target by volumes, revenue, region penetration, market share, profitability and growth.
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products with specific focus on Premium mix.Maximize sale of services, accessories and visuals.
Overall Responsibility of finding, qualifying, signing and nurturing relationships for National Distribution Partners. Achieves national sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans. Review sales progress and customer satisfaction.
Experience & Qualification
12-15+ years of sales and marketing experience; Past Experience in National Distribution/Sales Management; Strong working relationship with all major National Distributor
Must Have:Bachelors degree in business/ marketing
