Dear Candidate,Greetings from Learningmate! We are looking for a creative associate designer who can conceptualize and create visual representations. The candidate should have adequate knowledge of current design software(s) and should participate in supporting every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. Role:

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software(s) to visualize and develop creativedesigns
• Obtain input from leads, ensure designs meet organizational standards, and express ideas and brand expectations
• Work as an active team member on multiple projects with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with cross-functional teams for a wide range of project requirementsincluding but not limited to designing layouts, animations, illustrations, presentations, etc.
• Develop concepts and execute the same using design principles
• Understand and follow the set best practices
• Use of the latest design trends while executing the design concepts
• Visualize and come up with fresh ideas/ designs/ layouts
• Strong commitment to ensuring quality and efficiency
• Conceptualize concepts and data into high-quality visual assets
• Understand design guidelines and apply them to projects

Skills

• Intermediate experience with UI/visual design
• Must have – Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe

After Effects

• Good to have – Knowledge of Adobe Premier, Adobe Animate, 3D max, Maya, Adobe XD
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

• Degree (BFA/MFA) or diploma in an equivalent field
• Diploma or certification from a Design or Multimedia institute
