- Responsible in handling the production operations and activities with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilizations of resources.
- Having the knowledge of manufacturing process and understand operation sequences, process parameters required to achieve quality characteristics.
- Preparation of Shift schedules and Monitoring and controlling the Supervisors, Operators and workers as per the given shifts.
- Able to take corrective and preventive action for relevant failure modes including potential ones in various machines.
