“Commerce Service Officers’ will be a direct servicing agent, who will be mapped to approximately 50 merchants in his local JC geography and will be responsible to own the relationship with the merchants, drive sales and provide service to them by acting as a single point of contact.
A. Merchant onboarding activity
a) Ensure that all the leads that are generated through the foundation partners are converted.
b) Merchant On-boarding through D-KYC app
c) Device Kit Issuance to Merchant post documentation and security deposit
d) Activating Jio Demo SIM Card for Device
e) Current A/c opening under Jio Payments Bank
f) Training and Detailed demo on Jio Handheld.

B. Drive in market
a) Visit 5 merchants daily for first service visit as per route plan for merchant engagement, driving transactions as per SLA, pushing trade schemes, B2B orders and couponing.
b) Monitor active vs onboarded merchants vs merchants doing their 100% business with NEW COMMERCE.
c) Ensuring Monthly Subscription from his set of merchants.
d) Deployment of Marketing elements like POSM
e) Self-Care Agent (Preliminary Care along with Swipe stock of Device, battery, charger etc.)
