The Role
As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.
There’s never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Mainframe Product support.
• VMware ESX experience
• Public/private cloud management. Especially migration from onprem to cloud solution
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Endevor tool administration supporting for leverage customers.
• Creating new Processor group and maintain all account related processor group overrides
• Perform Endevor upgrades for Endevor future releases.
• Perform disaster Drills for various systems
• Setting up new environments on Endevor and backup of endevor environment
datasets
• Assist and troubleshooting Application team’s compile issue with Endevor
• set up Endevor SDLC process
• Endevor Validation during upgrades
• Create custom process/updates according to client needs
• Involve with PL1/Cobol upgrades related to Endevor and Coordination
• Perform all Endevor Audits
• Provide solutions/fixes to application team issues related to Endevor Tool
• Incident and Change Requests.
• Archival of Endevor Components
• Involve and provide support during application migration.
Automation:
• Create automation process according to the need of Client request
• Create PDS to PDSE conversion tool by using ISPF skeleton/messages
/Rexx/JCL/Easytrieve
• Create Space monitoring alert jobs for Endevor datasets
• Enhance Package panel to have package with naming standard.
