• Capturing Data in terms of Business leads , Complaints , appreciation etc.
• Sharing / Reverting on Customers’ mail .
• Following up with new leads and maintaining a tracker with follow up details and reminders from Internal stakeholders.
• CRM / Getting Customers Complaints resolved and maintaining their records and getting implemented through stakeholders.
• Assist. GD San ongoing daily activities and Extending support for mailing response , quote sharing etc.
• Tracking on each stakeholders timelines for compliance
