Candidates for Computer Operator/ tellycallers should have little knowledge of computers and must have following:
basically we need an active smart girl who can assist customers personally and with cold calls, should have sound voice to take follow up and all queries from customers.
• knowledge of MS Office
• understanding of file system and file types
• knowledge of internet and safe browsing practices
• either experience as a computer operator, or coursework like COPA is required
