Qualifications and Experience :
– Total experience of 8-12 years, with a minimum of 3 years in a Strategic Alliance Role.
– Background in fintech, NBFC, or insurance distribution within the last 2-3 years.
– Experience in sales or channel management in digital lending or co-lending is essential.
– Preference for candidates with experience in Mortgages roles in BFSI Sales, Bancassurance, Institutional Sales, and Key Account Management.

– Strong business development and relationship management skills.
– Ability to work with cross-functional teams, particularly Product and Technology.
– Travel readiness and willingness to build and expand the partner network.
