Practice Area: US Taxation

Description:

  • Handling of various other US federal compliances such as Franchise tax returns, annual report filing, company incorporation and dissolution, etc.

  • Preparation of US tax federal tax returns for C Corp – Form 1120, performing complex calculations (R&D, UNICAP, Thin Capitalization etc.), performing tax research and planning.

  • Assisting in the firm’s thought leadership

  • Strong communication skills are necessary.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, post qualification and/or article ship or internship experience in US Taxation

Experience: Fresher

Skills: Good US Federal Tax experience, Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
