- Work in Tribology function at Mysore plant in close cooperation with respective other functions
- Perform day to day Tribology test and document the test results in appropriate lab journal both electronically and manually
- Ensure all tribology test equipment are well maintained and calibrated / verified with the assistance of subordinate staff, according to the defined standard at Klueber
- Permanently optimize tribological test methods and enrich the tribological know-how of Klueber
- Participate and provide technical guidance during product development concept review
- Provide Tribology assistance during new product development, example- tribology test, result evaluation, failure analysis, customer visit etc.
