Job Overview:
As an Inside Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to the inside sales team. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation, prospecting, and sales forecasting efforts. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in sales analysis or a related field, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Assist the inside sales team in building and optimizing prospect lists by conducting market research, segmenting target markets, and identifying potential leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline progression, and conversion rates.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and improve customer acquisition and retention.
Analyze sales data, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to streamline sales processes and enhance data accuracy.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and provide market intelligence to the sales team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive alignment and support business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales analysis, market research, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Office Suites (Excel, Word/Docs, Powerpoint/Slides).
Familiarity with CRM software and experience working with sales data and reports.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of the US, EU, UK, ANZ, SEA markets is highly desirable.
