Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and
standard reports for ongoing company requirements
Resolve queries regarding HRM Software and check updated data in HRIS
Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department
and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience and motivate them
Collaborate with departmental managers to assess recruitment needs and handle end to
end recruitment process
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Plan onboarding strategies and perform new joiners orientation to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
Assess employee performance and issue evaluations to help individuals identify strengths and weaknesses and to help departments maintain a team of professional, motivated and efficient workers
Implement employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Analyze attrition and make actionable recommendations based on data
Attending / Understanding employees grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them.
