We are looking for 2022/2023 Passed Out Freshers in our Organization based out in Bangalore.
Job Responsibilities :
Generate quotations based on customer enquiry via SAP system
Register orders via SAP system
Recommend compatible Festo products for technical queries
Providing technical solutions to customers in counter sales
Respond to customer queries related to quotations, order, delivery schedules/despatch status etc
Respond to customer calls related to quotations, delivery schedules/despatch status etc via CRM system
Maintain daily track reports as per the template provided
