Job Description

    • P&L Responsibility of the Branch/Region
    • Handling end to end vertical functions (Sales/Delivery/Backend Support)
    • Engaging with client for day to day operations activities
    • Ensure on time onboarding, offer letter, joining, Induction through OBE team
    • coordinate with client and other stake holders for Attendance as per SLA
    • Coordinate with client and other stake holders for Invoice submission as per SLA
    • Maintaining database of associates
    • Keep a track of payment collection & Salary disbursal of associates
    • Coordination with payroll team for payout
    • employee grievances related to salary PF ESIC
    • coordinate with Statutory team to submit respective challans
    • coordinate with Statutory team for Audits
    • Coordination with insurance team for any insurance claims
    • Weekly monthly MIS
    • Any other work assigned time to time
