Responsibilities & Duties: –
• Answer inquires and maintaining good relationship with clients.
• Recommend the product by understanding the requirement.
• Inform customers about various products available with us.
• Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
• Follow the suggested process.
• Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
• Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
• Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
