Job Discription
- Basic engineering and detailed engineering for new capex, compliance capex as well as existing capacity enhancement projects.
- Conceptual design review like GA drawings, P&ID & layout w.r.to actual site conditions, before execution.
- Review of Equipment positioning, process and utility line sizing for new capex as well as existing capacity enhancement projects.
- Post TBE, GAP analysis for Equipment, pipe lines, fittings & related accessories to visualize & identify the scope of development, to cater & carryover the complete project execution.
- Conceptual recommendations and support for Automation of solvent charging & operations of equipment as and when process demand.
- Commissioning of new process equipment s, utility equipment s, process lines, Utility lines as per Project Management Best Practices/ Good Project Practices.
- Safety devices installation review, Rapture disc calculation, vent-sizing calculation.
- Tracking and Coordinating with SCM for getting the Equipment s & accessories to site.
Documentations: –
- Documentation review and support of Functional Requirement specifications (FRS), Installation qualification protocol (IQP), Installation qualification report (IQR) etc.
- New vendor evaluation and implementation of new technology.
- Cost estimation for process equipment s, utility equipment s, control systems, piping and fittings.
- Compliance wire (CW) training coordinator, for Project department.
- Track wise responsibility for review, reject and SME approval, to support the manufacturing department, as an SME of project.
- Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) responsibility for review, reject and SME approval, to support the manufacturing department.
- Capex management system (CMS) data review on day to day basis for new capex approval, And Approved capex distribution based on the SME post approval of HOD.
- Complete Management information system (MIS) report generation & get it approved by HOD prior to submission.
