Improving the customer experience by providing fast, friendly and effective service with accurate and personal solutions to customer enquiries. Take a high volume of inbound Customer calls with a friendly and positive voice, give precise and correct information about the query to the customer. Update and processes information accurately into the system. Resolve Customer problems in a timely manner Take Ownership & Deliver on Customer commitments IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD: Have excellent English communication skills- Should be able to speak English fluently. Reside in Bangalore Work from office Rotational offs/ Rotational shifts Willing to work rotational shifts (both day &night shift) Can join immediately Should hold all relevant documents. Both freshers & work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips) Experience in BPO domain is preferred. Both doses vaccinated with certificate Cab facility Available- chargeable (per month basis) DETAILS- CTC expectations- 50,000- 2,80,000 LPA Unlimited incentives based on upselling.
