JMD CONSULTANT Hiring for DC ENGINEER Job at Rāichūr Full Time

Position: Sr. Engineer/Engineer-Electrical (DC)
Experience Req.: 10 yrs (expertise in solar industry only)

KRA of DC Electrical Engineer:
1. Site Management:
 Prepare topographical report in consultation with civil&AC in-charge to ensure that
trench excavation work conform to standards and customer requirements and will
not affect vehicle movement
 Assessment of drawings/BOM & finalization as per site conditions and request for
change if required.
 Execution of all Site activities as per SOP& FQP with proper HSE plan.
 Confer with contractor, engineers, In-charge, customers and others to discuss day to
day development and any further requirement for project completion
 Investigate & close FOR & NCR rose by client.
 Fill all check list related to DC works.
2. Documentation and control
 Maintain record of all cable tests, Inverter test, Module testing,SCB test and other
equipment’s
 Ensure Work completion certificate from client after completion of every activity
 Adherence of contract compliance: Customer to Rays and Rays to vendor.
 Compile data and write reports regarding ongoing and completed works of the
project (Daily Basis)
3. Testing & Commissioning
 Maintaining testing equipment, tools and tackles at site for testing and pre commissioning check
 Testing of all cable tests, Inverter test, Module testing, SCB test and other
equipment’s
4. Vendor management
 Evaluate the vendor’s performance as per the assign work and take action with
concern of site in-charge if vendor performance is not up to mark and insure the site
work progress and time line will not be suffer due to vendor.
 Before start work on site take meeting with vendor prepare MOM and check
availability of tool is satisfactory for work. Conduct weekly meeting with contractor
and engineers to access achievement and problem.
5. Monitoring & Reporting:
 Ensure all material receipt at site as per the scheduled activity week-wise.
 Report and highlight manpower and resource availability weekly.
 Prepare cable schedule as per requirement to avoid wastages of cable.
6. Co-ordination and Other activities: –
 To ensure the work done by vendor in stimulated timeframe.
 Proper communication with each service engineer should be must before charging of
any equipment
 Coordinate with site civil team for completion of civil activity before start of electrical
execution.
 Daily conduct the meeting with concern vertical head for project progress &
monitoring and discuss the issue for solutions to meet the time line.
 Coordination with site client team, third party Quality team for day to day work
progress and related quality issues.
7. Organizational Learning: –
 Team Development: Arranged Training programs at site for Team and Vendor.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹60,000.59 – ₹70,000.03 per month
