What will you do
The Field Business Manager is responsible for Achieving Business Objectives of Skin Health Professional Team in Northern India
Key Responsibilities
Territory level detailing Deliverables – Prescriptions, HCP Coverage, HCP engagement by jointly working with the SELs
HCP Coverage- 840-1200
Chemist Coverage-840-1200
Territory level business delivery for Skin Health Team
To work closely with CD team to ensure chemist servicing & POBs execution
Executing HCP Activity Engagement Plan with the help of Activation Managers
Owning up key core HCPs relationship in his territory
Ensuring timely e- reporting is done by SELs
Additional Responsibilities
Ensuring compliant processes are followed by SELs while detailing.
Mentoring & Training SELs on detailing practices
Reviewing MCL List & Core Chemists list on a regular frequency
Leading outsourced SELs
Ensuring compliance at the ground level & Ensuring SELs are regularly trained.
First level of team management. Directly responsible for handling Outsourced SEL
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications: B Pharmacy / B.Sc
Experience: Min 6 Years in a Pharma. With min 2 years as people manager. Working in Dermatology will be an added advantage.
Consistent Performance record on Business delivery.
Successful new product launch experiences.
Analytical Skills
Business Communication Skills
People / Team Manager Skills
Customer Partnership Management/ KOL Management Skills
Exposure in digital framework for reporting business review formats etc.
Experience conducting scientific Continuous Medical Education
