- Job Description :
- Preparation of MIS as per the requirement of the management in M.S Excel.
- Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors and other Ledger Account.
- Processed accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Working on dumps, preparing pivot tables, cost center-wise checking and deleting zero entries within the month.
- Invoice bill checking & Vendor Payment Processing.
- Responsible for total voucher development. Checking of Receipts & Payments Vouchers.
- Manage and track petty cash and expenses. Knowledge of the Accounts Payable process will be an added advantage.
- Ensure the timely approval and payment of employee expense reports for India as well as globally as per applicable policies.
- Comply with company policies and procedures. Additional duties as assigned by management
- Technical Skills: Expertise with advanced excel is a must and experience in GST, TDS, Tally will be a plus. Work experience in CA/Audit Firm will be a plus
